STEPHEN M. reviews TRAVEL TEAM
Travel Team, by Mike Lupica is a very exciting book that is about a twelve year old basketball star named Danny that is used to having an automatic spot in the Middletown Basketball Travel Team. With the prejudice call of the Travel Team coach about Danny’s small height, Danny doesn’t make the team. With a couple of good friends, they could make this their biggest year of basketball ever! Mike Lupica really got me into his books, especially this one. He described this book so well I just couldn’t stop reading!! Please read this book.

Wil V. Reviews ~ HEAT
Michael Arroyo is an ordinary boy who goes through an extraordinary adventure. He, Carlos, and Papi went away from Cuba when Michael was young. Michael lives in a poor neighborhood called the Bronx. He lives with his brother Carlos who has worked two jobs since dad had died.
Michael is a great pitcher on the Clippers, a little league and All-Star team, his best friend Manny, is their catcher. They went to Westchester South for a game and Michael pitched really well so Justin said Michael lied about his age. Michael can’t play because of that.
